Professors, instructors and tutors

Professors active inside Via Vinci have won their spurs in the field of leadership and entrepreneurship. High demands are set for them: they must have a doctor’s degree, show a number of publications or write for prominent specialist journals. All over the world they have shared their knowledge and expertise at universities, with companies and in the non-profit sector.

In addition we have a large group of instructors with various specialties. These instructors must also comply with severe quality standards. At least they must have a firm theoretical basis and a high level of didactical skills. Furthermore they must dispose of a large experience in their discipline.

For the counseling of its doctoral courses Via Vinci recruits supervisors that have a ius promovendi, the acknowledged right to award doctoral degrees. For its DBA courses Via Vinci may also deploy other specialists/tutors on a doctorate level. The Research Laboratory works with a team of experts in their field of study.

As Via Vinci focusses strongly on practical education, we also put on student coaches or module teachers that bring mainly a practical contribution; they are firmly rooted in business, education, health service etc.
