Organisation Via Vinci

Board and Management
The strategic top of Via Vinci consists formally of the Board and the Central Management of Via Vinci, together called ‘central team’. The central team has its own advisory body.

Board
The shareholders’ meeting of Via Vinci appoints the Board. Its statutory director (Drs. Peter Peene), who bears the international title of ‘President’, together with the ‘Dean’ (Feike Witlam MBA) constitutes the Board of Via Vinci.

Central team
The central team is formed by the President and the Central Management jointly. The central team is the body that determines the actual tactical policy of Via Vinci.

Central Management
The Central Management controls Via Vinci on an operational level. The organization consists of three departments, each of which is controlled by a director.
