New group of PhD/DBA students starting in Surinam

Via Vinci University offers you the chance to join the second group of promotion candidates, which will be launched in February 2009. The promotion course is open for anyone who has acquired a Master degree, and who wishes to conduct a local or international applied scientific research.

In the first year, the plenary module Methodology & Research Skills forms the start of the promotion course. This forms the basis for the question statement, the research outline and the research design. You may choose a research subject derived directly from an issue in your own organisation; after all, Via Vinci University is the university for working professionals who wish to work on their own professional and personal development while performing their current function.

Promotion courses at Via Vinci University Surinam are being counselled by professors who have proven to be a specialist in their discipline and in business practice. Naturally, they have the right to supervise promotion candidates (‘ius promovendi’). The promotion courses of Via Vinci University Surinam are supervised by Prof. Dr. Radjesh Oedit Doebé MBA MSc, holder of the chair ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship’. He invites you to attend the introduction module ‘Methodology and Research Skills’, which will be held from 16 – 20 February 2009 at the Via Vinci University Surinam office at Ramalaan 37, Paramaribo. This will allow you start working on your research thesis shortly.
